Anything you see here is healthy and in my macro’s no matter if I’m bulking or cutting for a show. They average 40-50 carbs, 35-50 protein, 10-30 good fats all depending on the cake. I use All American EFX whey protein powders, wheat flower pancake mix, AAEFX’s LBA’s, LG-5 and other flavoring foods.
