Physique analyzed: I will be around 10 lbs. heavier than the Buckeye and about same or better conditioning. Improvements: Rear Delts, Pecs and Ab’s (Ab’s full and blocky).

9/20:

 4 days out. First thing this morning- up 5 lbs even, full, a little splash over nothing 2 cups of coffee, a gallon of water and 4-5 hours of posing won’t fix. Easy peezey, consider it done.

9/19:

Filling out, full, hard. Very little smoothing and 1 meal to go. Looks like I will have striations just not grainy, but I didn’t plan on stupid ripped and grainy being its just guest posing.

Sep 18th

Full Body (well my full body) Depletion w/o.
