The 16th was a low weight, high rep saturation day. 17th & 18th are OFF weights days.  Supplements stay the same with the exception of  the Pre and  Intra. I don’t take the liquid sups or K-Otic and Karbolyn on off weight days.

Dec 15th

Chest and Tri’s: lower weight, saturation day

Pre w/o’s: ½ serving K-Otic, HBM, GlutaZorb, 10g Karbolyn

Intra w/o’s: BCAA, other ½ K-Otic 40g AAEFX Karbolyn
