This was my first time working out with a mouth guard. Forces breathing threw nose all the time if you don’t want to slobber all over. lol.
It’s going to take getting used to.

Had a dentist appointment right after workout so just did a goofy power arm day so I wasn’t all sweaty and stinky seen as I didn’t have time for a shower after the working out..

Went to dentist and he was able to save the 2 teeth, but I have to wear a mouth guard when I work out so I don’t grind them. They can’t be fixed again.
Took 21st off to let the body recover and I had no mouth guard till Tammy got home from work. So I just used it as a weekly day off.
