Going back to 2 workouts a day after dropping to 1 for a brake/change of pace.

I make sure I also have a good nutrition plan.

Post “A” work out:

  • Garlic – 1000 IU’s
  • AAEFX Karbolyn

Lunch:

Pre work out “B”

During Workout
