Chest :  Try a power day. Neck isn’t 100% but its push able.

Pre w/o : K-Alkalyn Hardcore (3 caplets), HMB’s, Joint Rehab, i-Rush, GlutaZorb, HMB’s, 20g Karbolyn

Intra w/o :   40g’s Karbolyn, 5g’s pure baking coca, BCAA’s.   LBA, Cell Rush, LG-5 just before last set.

Immediate Post w/o :  AAEFX’s NF Pro whey, 2%  Milk , frozen Breen beans, oats blender shake.  HMB’s, V-E, V-C

Bb Decline Presses (Body weight of 160 lbs.)

  • 135 x warm up
  • 205 x 3
  • 255 x 3
  • 275 x 1
  • 295 x 1
  • 315 x 1, PR by a 10 lb. increase.
  • 320 x 0.5 –  5 count on descending.  CNS failed 1/3 way up for the return.
  • 205 x 15

  • 4 sets (same as 8 sets)

Close Grip  Lat Pull downs/Rows

Short sweet and to the point.  Just long enough breaks to switch people doing there set.
