Well I decided to start hitting it again.

I know the risks but I’m sick of being small.

Back to “Instinctive training”

During workout:   Creatine and water

5 sec rests between sets.

2 sets: Seated supported Wide grip rows

2 sets seated supported hammer grip rows

2 sets wide grip lat pull downs

2 sets V-Bar high rows

Jumbo sets: close grip Tri Press downs/Close grip Bi-Curls. (2 super sets back to back )


Post workout: Creatine, protein.
