Traps and Delts

Pre Work Out:
MTS VASKY 3.5g, (1/2 serving), 3.8g MTS RUCKUS (1/2 serving), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine

Bottle Caps and water after every set. Stopped when we had 2 sets left.

Machine Military Press
5 sets of 10 reps

Machine Arnie Press
5 sets of 10 reps

Cable Shrugs 20 reps in back directly followed by 20 in front. (Super Set style)
5 sets of total of 40 reps each. (200 total reps )

Same as 20 sets

In 30 mins , Mack and I working out.

Post workout:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g MTS Glutamine, applesauce, mixed fruit, blended shake

Meal

Went very well.
