30 min Pre Work Out:
3.8g MTS RUCKUS (1/2 serving), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, MTS VASKY 3.5g, (1/2 serving)
Bottle Cap and water after every set. Stopped this when I had 2 sets left.
30 min. gym time

Machine Incline Press ->
Machine Flat Press ->
Machine Decline Press
3 Jumbo sets of 5 sets, 8 reps per (24 reps per Jumbo )

Controlled reps. Same as 15 single sets.

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine, applesauce, Mandarin oranges, blended shake.
