Pre Work Out:
MTS VASKY 3.5g, (1/2 serving), 3.8g MTS RUCKUS (1/2 serving), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine

Bottle Caps and water after every set. Stopped when we had 2 sets left.

Chest Supported Hammer Grip Rows S.S. with Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs behind the neck
5 sets of 8 reps each (same as 10 sets)

“V” Handle High Rows S.S. with Wide Grip Chest Supported Rows
5 sets of 8 reps each (same as 10 sets )

Cable Shrugs, In Front S.S. with in back.
4 sets of 20 reps each
5th set we went MAX reps on both sides.
(same as 10 sets)

NOTE: The 14 year old boy from next door that I have been training. Beat my MAX reps by 2 reps, Mack 12 reps, in 5th set of shrugs. May me proud but made Mack and I feel like we lost our man card.

Same as 30 sets

50 mins. gym time. Next Door boy, Mack and I working out.
