Pre Work Out:
MTS VASKY 3.5g, (1/2 serving), 3.8g MTS RUCKUS (1/2 serving), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine

Bottle Caps and water after every set.

Flat Machine Presses
4 sets of 8 reps. 5th max reps.
set 1= warm up, set 2= 20+ FAIL, sets 2 lowered weight = 8 reps,, set 3 and 4 pyramiding up, set 5 = 20+ for 15 reps

Machine Flies
5 sets of 10 reps

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine, applesauce, Mandarin oranges, blended shake.

Meal: Home made spaghetti.
