Delt, Trap Day

Pre Work Out:
MTS VASKY 3.5g, (1/2 serving), 3.8g MTS RUCKUS (1/2 serving), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine

Mack, next door boy and I working out in rotation.
3 guys, 20 min workout. Pushed for time. Mack had to get to work.
Delts, 5 Super Sets sets of 8 rep each same as 10 single sets.

Bottle Caps and water after delts. Shrugs was to quick of rotation for water and caps.

Arnie Cable Presses –> Reverse Machine Flies
5 S.S.’s x 8 reps each, same as 10 sets

Cable Shrugs, speed style. Each guy starting as soon as last guy was done. 20 reps in guy rotation non stop. Rotating between front and back. Ending with 5 sets in front and 5 sets behind back. Same as 10 sets = 200 reps each guy.

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine ,applesauce, mandarin oranges shake.
