Chest Day

Pre Work Out:
MTS VASKY 3.5g, (1/2 serving), 3.8g MTS RUCKUS (1/2 serving), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine

Next door boy and I working out in rotation.
2 guys, 25 min workout.
12 sets of 8 rep reps, 4 sat. sets.

Bottle Caps and water after every set.

Db Handle Incline Machine Press
4 sets 8 reps each

Db Handle Flat Machine press
4 sets of 8 reps

Db Handle Machine Decline Press
4 sets of 8 reps

Machine Flat Deep press
4 sat sets. No counting reps.

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine shake.

Meal:  Roast, potato and corn.
