MAX rep BACK Day

Machine only goes to 20 plates plus add on’s.
Pre Work Out:
MTS VASKY 3.5g, (1/2 serving), 3.8g MTS RUCKUS (1/2 serving), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine

Mack and I working out in rotation.
2 guys, 40 min workout.

Bottle Caps and water after every set. Very happy with progress.

Wide Grip Lap Pull Downs
2 warm up sets of 3 reps
1 MAX REP of 20+ , 12 reps for a PR

Hammer Grip Seated Chest Supported Rows
2 warm up sets of 1 rep
1 MAX Rep lift of 20+ of 26 reps for a PR

“V” Handle Pull Downs
2 warm up sets of 1. 3 reps
1 MAX Rep of 20+, 12 reps for a PR

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine shake.

Full meal.
