Mack and I working out in rotation.

Machine Reverse Flies
5 sets of 8 reps

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine ,applesauce, mandarin oranges shake.
