Short and sweet but had a few things going on so had to fly through it and at least get a w/o in. I did heaver weight than a 10 rep day.

Pre Work Out:
MTS VASKY 3.5g, (1/2 serving), 3.8g MTS RUCKUS (1/2 serving), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine

Water and Bottle Cap’s (1g. pure Dextrose each) every other set after set 2.

Machine Cable Curls
5 sets, 8 reps each. Pyramiding up

Db Kick Backs
5 sets, 8 reps each.

10 total sets for the day.

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g MTS L-Glutamine, applesauce, Mandarin oranges shake.
