I had issues getting lethargic and almost blacking out at the end of sets after the Db rows. I slowed my pace and pushed through. I rested on the bench a little before getting up.
Here was the workout. Slow and controlled. NO hoisting the weight using the whole body. Strict and only target muscles doing the worked. NO jerking, just 100% controlled moving the weight.

Pre Work Out:
MTS VASKY 3.5g, (1/2 serving), 3.8g MTS RUCKUS (1/2 serving), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine

Water and Bottle Cap’s (1g. pure Dextrose each) every set after set 2.

Db Curls Curls
5 sets, 10 reps each.

Single Arm Hammer Grip High Rows
5 sets, 8 reps each.

Chest Supported Hammer Grip Rows
5 sets of 8 reps

Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs
5 Saturation sets

20 total sets for the day.

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g MTS L-Glutamine, applesauce, Mandarin oranges shake.
