Flat bench Db Press’s –> Flat Machine Press’s
3 S.S. sets of 5 reps.
2 S.S. of 10 reps
( 5 S.S. )

Incline Bench Db Press’s –> Incline Machine Press
5 S.S. sets of 10 reps.

10 S.S.’s same as 20 single sets.

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine, applesauce, mandarin orange shake.

 

Chest very abused. Stabilizers really feel it.

LEGS Day

Chest Supported Seated Hammer Grip Rows
5 sets of 10 reps each arm.

Small meal.

We are loving the way we hit more fibers with BOTH the Db and the Machine.

One is not better than the other. They both have their use and way they hit fibbers.  People that say one is only one to use are narrow minded , stubborn on think they are right on everything.

ARMS Day

First w/o with the free weight Db’s.

Incline Bench Alternating Db Curls
5 sets of 10 reps each.

Alternating Db Hammer Curls
5 sets of 10 reps each arm.

Db Concentration Curls
5 sets of 10 reps each arm.

5 Jumbo Sets of:
Seated Over Hand Grip Tri Press Downs –> Rope Tri Press Downs –> Db Kick Backs
5 sets of 10 reps each. For 30 reps per Jumbo Set.

30 total single sets and 300 reps.

Arms felt like tree trunks.

Machine Incline Press S.S. with Bench Incline Db Flies
5 Super Sets of 10 reps each.

20 total single sets

Could tell we were hitting fibers at a unfamiliar angle and way.  Even with us using lighter weight.

20 sets each, we rotated and no rest. As soon as one done the other one hit it.

Cable Alternating Single Arm Curls
10 sets of 10 reps each arm

Hammer Grip Machine Press
10 sets of 10 rep goal.

Great pushing w/o. Close to end our arms were failing.

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine, honey shake.

Right after:  Real meal of chicken breast and potato.

Arms were so pumped blood veins popping, red and arms very hot to the touch.

Chest heavy day. 10 reps sets down to 5 rep sets.
20 sets total.

Incline Machine Press
3 warm up sets of 10 reps.
7 sets of 5 rep goal..

Flat Machine Press
10 sets of 5 rep goal. 1 fail sets, 2 sets fail after 1 rep.

Great pushing w/o. Close to end our chests were failing.
