Wide Grip Cable Curls S.S with Wide Grip Tri Press Downs
5 sets of 8 reps. (same as 10 sets, 80 reps)

Shoulder Width Cable Curls S.S. with Reverse Grip Tri Press Downs
5 sets of 8 reps (same as 10 sets, 80 reps)

Rope Tri Press Downs S.S. with Rope Hammer Curls
5 sets of 8 reps (same as 10 sets, 80 reps)

Same as 30 sets and 240 sets.

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine,  shake.

Meal: Home made spaghetti again.

CHEST

Pre Work Out:

Flat Machine Presses
4 sets of 8 reps. 5th max reps.
set 1= warm up, set 2= 20+ FAIL, sets 2 lowered weight = 8 reps,, set 3 and 4 pyramiding up, set 5 = 20+ for 15 reps

Machine Flies
5 sets of 10 reps

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine, applesauce, Mandarin oranges, blended shake.

Meal: Home made spaghetti.

Legs

Light work. (Reminder. This is my first 6 months, after 10 years, being  out of wheelchair due to M.S.)

Pre Work Out:

Bottle Caps and water after every set. Stopped when we had 2 sets left.

Leg Extensions
5 sets of 10 reps.

Leg Presses (the guys did 5 sets)
3 sets of 10 reps

Sissy Squats (the guys did 5 sets)
3 sets
10 5, 5,  reps

Post w/o:
25g protein (whey powder includes 2.5g creatine), 2.5g MTS Creapure Creatine, 5g Glutamine shake.

Meal: Left over home made Deep Dish Tacos in a pan.

 (Filling out log the next day.)  I’m glad I didn’t push it any harder.  In the morning my back was sore and almost to point of laying on back all day.  Between daily activities and leg work out yesterday, I need this 2 day recovery time.

Chest Supported Hammer Grip Rows S.S. with Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs behind the neck
5 sets of 8 reps each (same as 10 sets)

“V” Handle High Rows S.S. with Wide Grip Chest Supported Rows
5 sets of 8 reps each (same as 10 sets )

Cable Shrugs, In Front S.S. with in back.
4 sets of 20 reps each
5th set we went MAX reps on both sides.
(same as 10 sets)

NOTE: The 14 year old boy from next door that I have been training. Beat my MAX reps by 2 reps, Mack 12 reps, in 5th set of shrugs. May me proud but made Mack and I feel like we lost our man card.

Same as 30 sets

50 mins. gym time. Next Door boy, Mack and I working out.

5 sets of total of 40 reps each. (200 total reps )

10 reps each set. ( total of 40 reps per set)
(20 single sets, 200 reps)

Under Hand Tri Press Down –> Wide Grip Cable Curls – -> Over Hand Tri Press Downs –> Narrow Grip Cable Curls

Heavy Over Hand Tri Press Downs
2 sets of 5 reps

5 Jumbo sets (15 single sets)
Raising the weight 10 lbs. each jumbo set
All in 20 mins , Mack and I working out.

Incline–> Flat –> Decline = Machine press’s
3 reps each angle (9 reps each Jumbo set)
Same as total sets 15

A few of Macks last sets were forced assisted reps.
