All I can say is I’m not impressed at all. Even at the recommended double serving/scoop at 15 servings NOT 30.
Save your money and by packs of Kool-Aid if your looking for a pre workout, or use it as a recovery drink.
There is better budget pre workouts that are way way better. I never wanted to say anything bad about a product but I could not find one thing I liked. Not even the taste. It was tasteless. At a double scoop the ingredients are barley at the useful level.
Great placebo per-workout if you want one.
